Proper Nutrition is what we need

Nutrition is very important to our body because that was we need to have a healthy body and very strong body. We need to avoid many vices to maintain our body healthy and we need to exercise regularly.
Every month of July, we celebrate the "nutrition month" and this is years theme "Wastong Nutrisyon Kailangan, Lifestyle Diseases Iwasan".This theme shows that we need to avoid lifestyle disease.We need to maintain our good health .When this month comes,the T.L.E. club prepare some activities to celebrate the nutrition month like cookfest,foodfest,nutri-jingle,nutri-quiz and others.
Eat fruits, vegaetables and nutritious food to avoid diseases and maintain our good health. We need to Maintain our body healthy so that we live longer.
